Maximilian 拥有荷兰马斯特里赫特大学欧盟对外关系专业的欧洲研究硕士学位，并在法国格勒诺布尔政治学院/科学学院获取了国际经验。 Maximilian 经常担任媒体评论员，并与 Palgrave Macmillan、Cambridge Scholars Publishing 与 Springer Nature 等机构合作发表了一系列文章。

Alexander Sirakov

Alexander拥有12年的金融服务经验，主要专注于并购、风险投资于金融技术等。此前，Alex曾担任Kapronasia（专注于亚洲的咨询公司）高级董事，以及INNIMMO（欧洲精品投资银行与资产管理公司）投资经理一职。此外，他还共同管理了德国KfW银行在中国的一个项目。

Swagat has joined the firm as an investment analyst covering India. He holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance from IIBF, Mumbai.
Previously, Swagat was a Team Manager at Angel One, handled Remittances for clients at Kotak Mahindra Bank and managed portfolios for Non Resident Indians at HSBC, India.
Swagat speaks English and Hindi.

Jules joined aquariusx as an analyst in 2021. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business from Northeastern University in the United States. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an analyst in a Chinese financial technology company and contributed to projects in cross-border market expansion, M&A, government affairs and competitive research.
Jules speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Kalin Stoyanov

Kalin has experience with global expansion of high-tech corporations, including Rolls-Royce, evaluating the feasibility of cross-border infrastructure projects as well as enabling technology transfer collaboration. He is currently mostly active in the seed and growth stage high-tech company segment, with a particular focus on the aerospace industry, logistics and supply chain.
Kalin holds MBA from INSEAD and is based in Zürich.

Maximilian bridges the gap between Europe and Asia having previously worked as Programme Director & Assistant Professor for International Affairs at ESSCA School of Management, Shanghai and Programme Manager for the Brussels-based think tank Friends of Europe and Programme Fellow for the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace focusing on European security & defense policy.
Maximilian holds an M.A. of European Studies with a specialization in external relations of the European Union from Maastricht University, The Netherlands, and an international experience at the Institut d’Études Politiques / Sciences Po Grenoble, France. Alexander Sirakov

Alexander has 12 years of experience in financial services with main focus on M&A, venture capital and financial technology. Previously Alex was a senior director at Kapronasia, an Asia focused consultancy and investment manager at INNIMMO – a European boutique investment bank and asset manager. He also co-managed a project under the cap of German KfW Bank in China.
Alex’ deals and projects experience spans across Europe, China, India, Pakistan, Australia, Brazil.
